Purchased a car last week at this location after going through Costco auto program. When test driving, the location has a great test track to really showcase all of the vehicles features without being on the busy roads. Best dealer experience I’ve had I think. Called and put a deposit on a brand new GX550 OT+ just off the boat. Atif was great and kept me updated as to its delivery timeframe. Picked it up on Saturday, no stupid dealer-added protection crap or “market adjustments”. At no time did I feel like I was being pressured or rushed. Car was prepped well. Nice experience!

Lexus Of Naperville is outstanding at providing service for my 2017 GS350. Ethan in the service department set me up with a loaner car, explained what needed to be done to the car and was not pushing extra unnecessary expenses. I feel they were fair on the pricing of the repairs. This is my 3rd GS350 I have purchased from them both 1st and 2nd vehicles attained 250,000 miles with minimal costs to maintain. I was quite satisfied with the service at Lexus of Naperville. I bought a preowned IS elsewhere so I brought it in for an inspection and oil change. They recommended the 60k mile service and sparkplug replacement which they performed on the same day. The customer service was excellent and I will be coming back for my oil changes and whatever other servicing my Lexus may need.
