This is probably going to be one of the more unusual positive reviews because the only reason we contacted them is that we needed to charge our Chevy Bolt at the fast charger outside the dealership. We encountered problems with the charger but one of the kind sales people (sorry, I have forgotten his name) endeavored to correct the problem by contacting Chargepoint who who had provided the station and was the cause of all of our problems. The dealership is great. But your new policy of charging 3% for credit card usage is NOT good customer service. We will take that into consideration when buying a new car and go to a dealership that does not do that. You charge premium prices for your service and should not add an up charge for credit card use on top of that.

My Kia Telluride needed an oil change, but my dealership was booked more than a month out. I called Ben Curcio at Lexus, and he was able to get me in that day! When I dropped off my car, he walked me around the entire service area, and had a brand new loaner car for me to drive home. After a few hours, he texted me that my car was ready.
