Come join Lexus of Naperville and Chef Erica Emme for cooking demonstrations
on January 27th from 10:00am – 12:00pm and February 4th from 1:00pm – 3:00pm


Chef, culinary teacher and yoga instructor Erica Emme has years of experience in the specialty foods industry and a passion for cooking fresh, delicious food from scratch. Positions with Williams-Sonoma, Fox & Obel Market, the Pacific Coast Farmers' Market Association and The Chopping Block Cooking Schools have instilled in her a fun and unique approach to cooking healthfully. A certified Natural Chef, she attended Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition & Culinary Arts in Berkeley, CA and is thrilled to combine her love of teaching with food in cooking classes, as a retreat chef, as a personal chef, and through private parties and catered events. Erica is the owner of Yoga Gourmet Getaways in Naperville, a Chef Instructor at Sur La Table and a kids yoga instructor at Universal Spirit Yoga in Naperville and at Lifetime Fitness in Warrenville.
